ROBERT A.CEDENO, P.A.
provides a hybrid form of professional services
combining legal and construction engineering for an
integrated result. It serves the A/E and Construction
sectors exclusively. The firm distinguishes itself in
being able to bridge the traditional disconnect between
the legal and the technical aspects of often comingled
issues. More notably, our niche services are performed
from conception to completion. By so doing, we are able
to proactively lay the appropriate foundation for our
clients to obtain targeted results, sometimes from
behind the scenes.
What we have to offer is a highly specialized and unique
product that maintains continuity for the client’s
operations and avoids duplicity of services. Our roles
vary depending upon the client’s identified needs. We
serve as advisor, advocates, consultants, experts,
extension of client’s staff, independents evaluators,
and neutrals. The firm represents owners, employers,
contractors, developers, design professionals and
government entities in a variety of construction matters
involving AIA, DOT, EJCDC, FIDIC, and many other forms
of Contracts. Specifically, our practice areas are:
construction claims, litigation, arbitration, and
alternative dispute resolution including mediation, DRBs
and DABs. We also handle real estate transactions as a
related branch to the construction practice. We eagerly
look forward to be of service.
